THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1751 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.148 of 2019 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, the learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant and perused the record.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for respondent No.2 has stated that the main borrower viz., C.Ashok Kumar has already repaid the entire loan amount to the society. Hence, they do not want to pursue the proceedings in Crime No.148 of 2019 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2 across the bar, the proceedings in Crime No.148 of 2019 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 are hereby quashed.
