HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2411 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners-R.2 to R.6 approach this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.106 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar Karimnagar District. Heard.

Second respondent herein filed the application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, against the petitioners herein and another seeking various reliefs under the Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against the petitioners.

In any event considering the nature of allegations wherein the question of identity of the respondents herein does not arise, their presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when the learned trial Judge insists for the same and the petitioners shall be properly represented by their counsel before the trial Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
