HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 511 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 18.04.2013, which reads as under: "Pending further consideration, the Respondents are directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 15.10.2009 for appointment to the pot of Ophthalmic Assistant, within a period of four weeks, as per Rules from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to ascertain whether the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2009 was considered by the respondent authorities or not; and further submits that if the said petitioner's representation is still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents submits that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsels on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of directing respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2009, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 5.
