It is noticed that by way of the impugned proceedings, the respondents wanted to change the reimbursement rules in respect of purchase of daily newspaper. In the impugned proceedings, it is stated that the officers are not entitled for reimbursement of newspaper cost under "Other Allowances" as per the guidelines of Government of India/NABARD. 2.

The impugned proceedings were issued in accordance with the guidelines of the Government of India/NABARD. Therefore, no illegality can be attributed to the impugned proceedings. There are no merits in this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
