This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.24 of 2016 of K.D.Peta Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences under section 20 [b] [i] and section 8 [c] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri V. Nitesh, Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
