Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. In case the petitioner has not paid the entire tax, they shall pay the said amount within four (4) weeks from today, failing which it is open to the respondents to recover the tax due from them in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
