THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.406 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 09.11.2017 in W.P.No.35394 of 2017 which was passed while issuing notice before admission. After receipt of the said order, the first respondent in the Writ Petition passed an order on 03.01.2018 and the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order is nothing but repetition of the order which was already challenged in the Writ Petition.

Now the Writ Petition is pending and if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the order passed now pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2017, the petitioner can as well bring it to the notice of this Court in the pending Writ Petition or by taking appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. But, the contempt proceedings cannot be initiated in view of passing of the order dated 03.01.2018.
