This contempt case is filed alleging non compliance of interim orders of this Court passed in WPMP No. 4473 of 2016 in W P No. 3493 of 2016 dated 8.2.2016, whereas, subsequently interim orders are vacated. In view of the same contempt case does not survive and accordingly the same is closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
