When the matter was called on 29.12.2016, there was no representation on either side and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed after one week. Again, after one week, when the matter was called, there was no representation on either side, the matter was directed to be listed after one week, under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, when the matter appeared in the list under the caption 'for orders', there is no representation on either side.

Under these circumstances, it appears that the parties are not evincing any interest to pursue the matter, the appeal is dismissed for default.
