THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.477 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submits that the orders of this Court, dated 23.11.2017, passed in W.P.No.39625 of 2017 was considered by the then Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise and an order was passed on 03.01.2018 rejecting the case of the petitioner for promotion. In view of the same, the contempt proceedings cannot be continued.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.
