I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to reduce surety condition No.(i) in para No.6 by reducing the surety amount to Rs.5,000/- instead of imposing Rs.25,000/- imposed vide order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.2829 of 2026. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the surety amount from Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, is hereby reduced to Rs.10,000/- with two sureties.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
