THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2608 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code challenging the orders dated 29.04.2011 in E.P.No.5 of 2010 in O.S.No.29 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, at Eluru.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
