O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not providing police aid in implementing the interim orders in IA.No. 625 of 2015 in OS.No.211 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna district and not initiating any action on the representation dated 29/6/2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of rights guaranteed under Constitution of India and without jurisdiction and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".
2. When the matter is called, written instructions dated 18/8/2015 furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Gannavaram Police Station, Vijayawada city have been placed by the learned Government Pleader for Home.
3. The written instructions, reads as under: " It is respectfully submitted that one Kanagala Prameela Rani approached the Police Station and lodged complaint against one Valluripalli Purnachandra Rao, Valluripalli Harichandra Prasad, fifth and sixth respondents respectively stating that they are entering into her property illegally, hence requested to take necessary action.
Basing on the complaint, a case in Cr.No.218/2015 was registered under section 448, 506, 323 read with section 34 IPC of Gannavaram Police Station and the respondent police took up investigation."
4. On noticing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this court to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said written instructions.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by recording the reasons mentioned in the written instructions, dated 18/8/2015. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
