THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12985 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.393 of 2014 of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners, second respondent and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

The relevant portion of the counter of the second respondent reads as follows:

"I submit that in view of my settlement of all issues with the petitioners, I do not have any objections to this Hon'ble Court quashing the FIR, as prayed by the petitioners."

A perusal of the same reveals that the parties have settled the matter. Both counsels in one voice submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court.

Having regard to the submissions made by both counsels, it is a fit case to quash the proceedings.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is allowed quashing the proceedings in Crime No.393 of 2014 of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
