HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2949 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 07.07.2014 in I.A.No.1415 of 2013 in O.S.No.275 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli, Guntur District.

At the time of arguments, both counsel submitted that the first respondent herein filed O.S.No.271 of 2015 against the petitioner on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Satenapalli, Guntur District, seeking perpetual injunction. Both O.S.No.275 of 2012 and O.S.No.271 of 2015 are filed seeking the relief of perpetual injunction with regard to the same subject matter. This Court while disposing of C.R.P.No.3283 of 2016, directed the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.275 of 2012 and O.S.No.271 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months. Due to interim stay order in this revision, the trial Court is not in a position to dispose of both the suits.

Both the counsel with one voice submitted that without going into the merits of revision petition, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.275 of 2012 and O.S. No.

of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order without interfering with the orders of the trial Court. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
