Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 13.02.2011 petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents seeking pay protection, but the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.02.2011 and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCompany submits that the case of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.02.2011. Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.02.2011 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
