Though the matter is coming under the caption of 'For Appearance', after contempt was admitted, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel representing the respondent submits that the order, dated 01.06.2015, in W.P.No.12913 of 2015 passed by this Court, was complied with, but the same could not be informed on the last occasion. Having regard to these facts, appearance of the officer is dispensed with and Contempt Case is closed.
