In this taken up revision petition, which is taken up pursuant to a letter dated 23.10.2007 of the plaintiff/petitioner in E.P.No.10 of 2004 in O.S.No.911 of 2002 on the file of the Court of the learned VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as none appeared, this Court directed notice to be served on the petitioner/plaintiff and also respondent/defendant. Though notice is served on the petitioner, he does not appear and show interest to prosecute this taken up revision. Moreover, the cause in the revision petition has become stale and does not survive, in the considered view of this Court. Therefore, this revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
