HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.15217 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1569 of 2014 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar. 2) It is submitted that the matter is in the midway of trial. Hence, it is not apt to quash the proceedings at this stage as there is no strong ground to do so. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners that the C.C. of is the year 2014, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the C.C.No.1569 of 2014 expeditiously not later than three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3) Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
