HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.41342 OF 2014 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions stipulated by this Court through order 22.01.2015 and it is for the respondents to issue commensurate release orders for the payments made by the petitioner. Learned counsel Sri Deepak Mishra representing the 1st respondent on instructions submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions of this Court and the petitioner need not have any apprehension in issue of release orders, subject to the petitioner clearing the dues in this behalf.

The same is placed on record and the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
