HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7912 of 2019 ORDER: (per the Honourable Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition to take all steps to facilitate filing of revised GST TRAN-1 on the common/electronic portal maintained by the 8th respondent.
Heard Mr. Karan Talwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Narasimha Sarma, learned Standing counsel for the department.
The petitioner has already sent a representation, which was forwarded by the Additional Commissioner, Medchal GST Commissionerate, to the Nodal Officer, GSTN, vide mail dated 05.04.2019.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 8th respondent to take action on the said mail within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
