HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No. 3072 of 2025 PROCEEDING SHEET 21.03.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed to extend the time for a period of two weeks to comply the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 11.03.2025 in Crl.P.No.3072 of 2025.

Heard Mr.Mathangi Dileep, learned counsel, representing Mr.Vadlakonda Ravi Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 11.03.2025 in Crl.P.No.3072 of 2025 subject to condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, (for short 'S.H.O.') L.B.Nagar Police Station, on or before 15.03.2025. However, the petitioner could not surrender before the S.H.O., L.B.Nagar Police Station within the said time, on the ground that the petitioner is unable to secure the sureties. Now the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the S.H.O., L.B.Nagar Police Station and to submit the sureties as directed by this Court. Contd....

Unless the time is extended, the petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship.

Therefore, he requested the Court to extend the time for his surrender before the S.H.O., for a period of two weeks.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the S.H.O., L.B.Nagar Police Station on or before 03.04.2025. Except the said condition, all the remaining conditions are not disturbed.
