ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction of respondent 2 and 3 in taking action on the complaint filed by petitioner on 13.03.2019, even though cognizable offence is reported. 2.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

On elaborate consideration of the issue and having regard to the law laid down by the Supreme Court, this Court in W.P.No.38397 of 2018 and batch, dated 08.03.2019 held that petitioners have to avail statutorily engrafted remedies available to them on issue of non registration of crime and cannot directly invoke the jurisdiction of this Court.

Having regard to the view taken by this Court in W.P.No.38397 of 2018 and batch, dated 08.03.2019, this Writ Petition is also not maintainable. Petitioner is at liberty to avail statutory remedy ventilating her grievance against non-registration of crime, if complaint made by her is received or to file fresh complaint with proper acknowledgement, if so advised. The Writ Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that there is no opinion expressed on the contents of complaint made.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
