THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.981 of 2000 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the defendants, under Section 100 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 14.8.2000 passed in A.S.No.67 of 1992 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet.

In view of the observations made in connected S.A. No.958 of 2000, the purpose of filing of the present second appeal has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
