HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 12854 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government

Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring the action of fourth respondent in calling upon him to produce No Objection Certificate from the revenue authorities for an extent of Ac.5.10 cents in Sy.No. 266-2 of Kondur Village, Lepakshi Mandal, Ananthapur District as illegal and unconstitutional. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the allegation that the fourth respondent insisted for production of No Objection Certificate is factually incorrect. The fourth respondent is prepared to receive the documents if presented for the survey number referred to above and process the same in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of placing on record the submission of the learned Government Pleader.
