Petitioner claims right in the land admeasuring Acs.3.22 guntas in Survey No.532 and Ac.0.12 guntas in Survey No.678 of Vemulghat Village, Thoguta Mandal, Medak District, which is the subject matter of acquisition in terms of the notification issued on 06.02.2019 and published in Namasthe Telangana on 08.02.2019. He asserts that there are civil disputes pending before various authorities with respect to the subject land and apprehends that without considering his claim, entire compensation may be paid to respondent Nos.4 to 7 as their names have been shown in the preliminary notification.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

As the petitioner apprehends that the compensation would be paid to respondent Nos. 4 to 7, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections before the Collector/Land Acquisition Officer after publication of notification issued under Section 21 of the Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. As the petitioner had approached the Land Acquisition Officer at an earlier point of time, the latter may consider the objections filed by him at the relevant point of time.
