Sri Vinod Kumar appears for the respondent.

This petition is pending since October, 2000. On 10.11.2000, the following order on W.P.M.P.No.24899 of 2000 was passed. "Interim suspension of the endorsement, dated 10.04.2000, of the respondent subject to the petitioner Committee paying a further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of four (4) weeks from today."

It is not clear whether the petitioner paid the amount as per the order, dated 10.11.2000. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent is also not in a position to make any statement to that effect. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out. We are therefore constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
