HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.321 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against order dated 05.03.2009 in I.A.No.187 of 2009 in A.S.No.30 of 2009 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Warangal.

2. As seen form the record, I Additional District Judge, Warangal granted interim injunction restraining the appellants therein from alienating or raising any construction in the suit schedule property till 18.3.2009. Questioning the same, present appeal is preferred.

3. On 24.03.2009, this Court suspended the said order to the extent of prohibiting any constructions in the suit property. As per information furnished by the office, the main A.S.No.30 of 2009 was disposed of on 20.03.2013.

4. Though this matter is posted under the caption 'Specially identified cases', neither advocate for appellant is present nor any representation is made on behalf of appellant.

5. As main appeal itself is disposed of, nothing survives in this appeal.

6. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this Appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
