When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. Permission is accorded and liberty is granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
