WVMP.No.502 of 2017 in WPMP.No.54694 of 2016 in WP.No.44327 of 2016 has been dismissed today by a separate order. 2.

It is stated by counsel for petitioner that petitioner has now been posted back to the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamyvarla Devasthanam, Indrakeeladri, Vijayawada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. 3.

In this view of the matter, I do not wish to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
