THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN C.R.P.No.1424 of 2018 ORDER:

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that his execution application is pending for the past 11 years and that the same should be disposed of at an early date.

2. Heard Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is the auction purchaser. His application for delivery of possession has been pending for the past 11 years.

4. Therefore, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of E.A.No.115 of 2007 after hearing all the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
