THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5600 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare (A.P.) and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 12.08.2015, in W.P.No.3465 of 2015 and batch. A copy of the same is placed on record. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petitions are allowed, directing the respondents herein to arrange payments to the petitioners herein for the works executed by the petitioners within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the common order, dated 12.08.2015, in W.P.No.3465 of 2015 and batch to this order. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
