This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allotting duties to the petitioner, in pursuance of the proceedings dated 27.06.2002, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that on 12.09.2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court passed an interim order directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service forthwith and the said interim order was made absolute on 27.08.2003. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is closed.
