THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11720 of 2005 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents and their staff in taking steps to demolish the houses/structures of the petitioners in their respective plots in survey Nos.133 and 134 situated at Attapur Village, Rangareddy District.

3. This Court by order dated 24.05.2005 granted stay of demolition for a period of three weeks initially and it was extended from time to time and ultimately it was extended until further orders by order dated 19.08.2005. The said order has been in operation till today. 4.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of the interim order there is no interference by the respondents as on today.

5. If the respondents want to demolish or to take action against the structures/houses of the petitioners in question, they can take action against the petitioners by following the due procedure established by law.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
