ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings against the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 3 in C.C.No.545 of 2020 pending on the file of Judicial I Class Magistrate at Aler, Yadadri-Bhongir District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 504 read with 34 of Indian penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

On perusal of the facts and circumstances of the case, the accused persons have to undergo the trial to prove their defence and the same cannot be considered to quash the proceedings. 4.
Accordingly, there are no grounds and the Criminal petition is dismissed. In the event of the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 3 filing an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C., to be represented by a
