HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.15506 of 2005 ORDER:

The conditional order dated 19.01.2018 is complied with by filing counter affidavit, and also depositing Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Secretary, A.P. Legal Services Authority.

Respondent No.1 filed counter affidavit along with annexure dated 25.01.2018 which refers to payment of Rs.48,645/- to petitioner No.1 - Self-Help Group. In view of the subsequent developments, this Court is of the view that the writ prayer need not be further considered.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
