THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Writ Petition No.7716 of 2021 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 14.02.2023 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad stating that his client intends to withdraw the writ petition. 2.

A perusal of the Docket Proceedings would go to show that on 30.03.2021, a learned Single Judge of this Court directed the official respondents to accept the cheque given by the petitioner for an amount of Rs.3,36,576/- as on that date, and further directed the official respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioner or force her to pay interest and penalty amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during pendency of the present Writ Petition, the respondents have introduced "One-Time Settlement"

Scheme; thereafter, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents expressing her willingness to opt for the O.T.S. Scheme; and therefore,

contended that since the petitioner had opted for the said O.T.S. Scheme of the respondents, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the respondents are directed to adjust the amounts paid by the petitioner under the said O.T.S. Scheme in pursuance of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 30.03.2021. No costs.
