This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners 1 and 2/accused Nos.2 and 8 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.133 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Anandapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 34 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition.
