This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw G.W.O.P.NO.762 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court-cum-XIV Additional District Judge at Vijayawada and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this transfer petition before the trial Court at appropriate time. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
