Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.M.Indrani, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that the respondents had sanctioned a Girls Hostel under the scheme for Secondary and Higher Education Girls Students during the academic years 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 and extended grant in aid of Rs.4,37,550/- as reimbursement amount for the year 2002-03; that the petitioner had sent agreement and other information, but he has not received any amount from the respondent; that certain part payments were released but the respondents are due to pay further amount for the years 2002-03, 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06.

Petitioner states that it had made representations on 1005-2015 and 09-06-2015 to 2nd respondent but no orders have been passed by 2nd respondent till date.

3. Smt.M.Indrani, learned Standing Counsel for Union of India, appearing for the respondents, states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation referred to above within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision

thereon to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation referred to above within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
