Petitioner, who is A15 in Cr.No.639 of 2016 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (B) and 384 IPC r/w 25 (1)(B)(a) and 27 of Arms Act filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
