HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31440 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or orders, direction or directions to declare the action of the respondents in superannuating the petitioner on completion of 58 years with effect from 30.09.2017, as illegal, unconstitutional and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner up to the age of 60 years with all consequential benefits." When the matter is taken up for admission, Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, in similar circumstances, allowed WP.No.25312 of 2015 by order dated 08.09.2015, which was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.190 of 2016 by Judgment dated 12.04.2016. The same is not disputed by Sri V.Uma Devi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 08.09.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.25312 of 2015 as affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA.No.190 of 2016 dated 12.04.2016. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
