Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2. At the time of hearing the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the subject document is already released by the 4th respondent, the inaction complained against the representations dated 24.01.2015 and 31.01.2015 does not survive.

The learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to leave open the available remedies to petitioner.

3. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner

is considered. The writ petition is dismissed by leaving open the remedies available against the release of subject document by the 4th respondent.
