Heard.

The petitioner states that it is carrying on business of Black Jaggery and Alum in the name and style of Jai Hanuman Kirana and General Merchant. The petitioner states that it has requisite licence and it has been purchasing Black Jaggery and Alum from various customers and selling the same under valid bills. Alleging that respondent authorities particularly respondents 3 to 5 are interfering with its business and also threatening it with regard to seizure of stock and closure of business, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Though the matter is adjourned on four occasions to enable the learned Government Pleader to get instructions, no instructions are forthcoming.

Hence, in view of the similar grievance considered by this Court in W.P.No.34497 of 2014, dated 18-11-2014, this writ petition is disposed of with similar directions as in W.P.No.34497 of 2014, dated 18-11-2014, which read as under:- In view of the said stand of the respondents that there is no interference with the petitioner's business, this writ petition is disposed of with a similar direction, as granted by this Court in W.P.No.21221 of 2008, dated 19-032009. As long as the petitioner is carrying on business, the respondent authorities shall not interfere with the same. However, the respondents should strictly follow the Circular dated 22-12-2001 issued by the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, A.P., Hyderabad, and subsequent instructions on the subject, and take appropriate action against the petitioner, if any offence is committed by the petitioner under the Excise Act.

No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition

shall stand closed.
