THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1956 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the F.I.R and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the Police of III Town Police Station, Ananthapuram, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 4 and 5 in F.I.R.No.14 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 24-03-2015 eha.
