The learned counsel for he petitioners seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
