Prasad, learned senior standing counsel for the Income Tax Department, appearing for the appellant, that the connected matters, where a similar question was involved in relation to Section 249(4), in I.T.T.A.Nos.492, 493 and 494 of 2013 were dismissed by a Bench of this Court, by an order dated 24.10.2013. Therefore, following the same, this appeal is also dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed.
