This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief - "....to issue a Writ or order or direction, more particularly Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents are not extending the benefits of relief package in NABARD's Circular No. NB.172/PCD15/2006 dt. 19-10-2006 APCOB letter No. A.D.V/relief package /2006-2007/276/1315 dt. 30-11-2006 and DCCB, Karimnagar letter No.

22/RMC/20062007/1641 dt. 11-12-2006 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to extent the said benefits to the members of the Petitioner society and to pass such other order orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case...."

It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch, dated 15.12.2015. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch dated 15.12.2015. Office to tag a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.24536 of 2008 and batch to this writ petition.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
