THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13010 of 2016 ORDER:

In view of the decision of this Court in Shivareddypally Ananthaiah (Died per LRs.) and Others Vs. The Joint Collector, R.R. District and Others[1] wherein this Court has held that there is a remedy of Revision available under Section 227 of the Constitution of India against orders passed under appeal under Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955, granting liberty to petitioner to avail the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
