THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44729 of 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in providing police aid to the petitioner for implementation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.36245 of 2015 in W.P.No.27933 of 2015 in respect of erection of fencing over the land in Sy.No.699 admeasuring Ac.0.32 gts., and Sy.No.667 admeasuring Ac.1.00 gts., situated at Toopran Village, Medak District. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioners dated 26.09.2016 for grant of police protection in respect of the property which is the subject matter of W.P.M.P.No.36245 of 2015 in W.P.No.27933 of 2015.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the various allegations made in the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 26.09.2016 seeking police protection and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
